In the earliest stages of a project, RCI can assist in concept design and associated cost estimating with an eye toward field optimization, long-term development plans and overall corporate goals and philosophy.

Prior to fabrication and construction activities, RCI can perform oversight of design engineering efforts, vendor pre-qualification and selection, permitting assistance, bid package preparation and submittal, bid evaluation, contract negotiations and award.

During fabrication and construction activities, our project managers maintain schedules, manage costs and provide accurate, timely reports. At the same time, our field engineers and inspectors are on-site to ensure procedures are implemented, safety plans are in place and the overall construction and installation plan is followed.

In the final stages of the project, RCI project managers ensure all contractual obligations have been met and cost accounting is accurate. We make sure that project documentation is completed and properly assembled and that regulatory and permitting documents are provided to the client or directly to the relevant government authorities.

RCI provides maintenance support for our clients throughout the life of their facilities. Involvement in planned expansions, modifications, repair and replacement of failed equipment is a core part of our project management and inspection services.

When the facility or site has reached the end of its life, RCI can assist in decommissioning efforts, salvage operations and site reclamation with our full suite of services.
