RCI provided inspection and assessment services on a 42 inch pipeline road crossing. The pipeline runs under the main road in a north/south direction inside the Galeota Plant site, known as Isthmus Road. bpTT had previously advised RCI that no weight limit existed for this road but did not have accurate data to prove or disprove that fact. RCI provided on site managers and inspectors to gather data and make sound engineering recommendations.
