Project management and inspection services for onshore refurbishment and offshore installation of a replacement structure for the Cabot Oil and Gas Lake Pelto development. The original facility was severely damaged when hit by a cargo barge.
Project Management Scope of Work:
- Manage procurement of new caisson and used (salvaged) deck
- Manage engineering design process for deck structure, facilities and caisson
- Manage caisson fabrication, deck structure refurbishment and deck and caisson installation
- Review installation procedures
Inspection Scope of Work:
- Perform existing deck evaluation prior to purchase
- Inspect caisson fabrication and deck structural refurbishment
- Inspect caisson and deck structural installation
