RCI provided project management and technical consulting services to Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME) for fabrication of the compliant tower structure, template, and piles for ChevronTexaco’s Benguela-Belize project at the Kiewit and Gulf Marine Fabricators yards in Ingleside, Texas. The compliant tower was built in two (2) sections complete with risers and includes a structural base template and piles. The total load-out weight of the structure was approximately 40,000 tons.
