RCI provided the complete site management and inspection team for Chevron Pipeline’s Port Arthur Line Optimization Project (PALO). This team consist of over sixty (60) RCI professionals on site in the Winnie, TX – Mount Belvieu, TX area overseeing three different pipeline spreads.

Client: Chevron Pipeline
Location: Port Arthur, Texas
Scope of Work:
- Removing 30 miles of existing 8” pipeline
- Installing 40 miles of 18” pipeline
- Installing 38 miles of 12” pipeline
- Multiple HDD’s, 90+
- Installing two 18” traps & one 12” trap
- Installing six 18” main line valves and six 12” main line valves
- Expansion and power updates/upgrade work at several main line valve locations

- Inspection Leadership team – Chief, Assistant Chief, Lead HSE, ASNT Level III Certified NDE film auditor
- Crafts & Trades Inspection – CWI’s, I&E, Materials Control, Safety, Stringing, Utility, Coating
