Project Management Scope of Work:
- Design and engineering consultation and management of all contract engineering
- Manage all marine survey and permitting activities
- Manage procurement of used (salvaged) deck
- Manage refurbishment and modification of the deck as required
- Manage bid phase, award and fabrication of a tripod jacket for 220fsw
- Manage offshore installation of jacket, deck, pipeline and facilities hook-up to include bid phase and award
- Interact for the Client with the trunk line operator for the pipeline tie-in
- Complete project documentation
Inspection Scope of Work:
- Inspection and evaluation of used decks prior to purchase
- Inspection of new jacket, pile and boat landing fabrication
- Inspection of deck refurbishment including I & E systems, piping reroutes, vessel refurbishment and new equipment installation
- Inspection of platform installation
- Inspection of 6″ pipeline installation, hookup and pre-commissioning
