Ongoing Training and Education.

For the health and safety of all, RCI ensures employees receive safety training and are competent to perform their work. As well as their verified competencies our employees are required to complete mandatory HSE training at every level in our organization.

All personnel are required to maintain active involvement in Company’s safety training program. Training classes, as well as refresher classes, are provided through a web-based training supplier. Course work requirements are subject to a person’s Company position.
